During his undergraduate years, Drew served as the Eta Gamma Chapter treasurer and volunteered two summers on the Journey of Hope, North and Trans-America routes. After graduation, he went on to obtain a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado with a focus in Bioastronautics. He stays connected to the University by mentoring CU engineering undergraduate students through the Engineering Leadership program. Post graduation, Drew found another way to blend his passion for charitable giving with activities such as triathlons by training and raising funds and awareness with Team in Training for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The money raised for Team in Training was donated to support a local blood cancer research program with much-needed funds. Currently, Drew works as an aerospace engineer for Sierra Nevada Corporation on the Dream Chaser spacecraft in the Denver metro area.
