I would like to give thanks to Derek Berger, my former Chapter Advisor of Iota Chi and an alumnus of the Beta Xi chapter at Central Michigan. Derek continually gives back to the fraternity both monetarily and through his interactions with the chapter. He is always living out his values through his daily interactions at Ball State. He is a brother that will always hold you accountable for your actions and that type of support is something that will turn you into a better man. He is someone who will help guide where the chapters priorities should be and he is always readily available to offer the support you need or give constructive advice when prompted. The chapter would not be where they’re today without Derek and the investment he has put into myself and the men of Iota chi. His style is also off the charts, dude dresses killer.
