Throughout the weekend, brothers attended seminars that taught how to execute executive board positions more efficiently, as well as how to better a chapter as a whole. The brothers also got the chance to learn more about what The Ability Experience is and why their chapter should be more involved.
On Saturday night at the awards banquet, all of the chapters gathered and were given the chance to hear from none other than Chief Executive Officer Mark E. Timmes. Following his speech, chapters from across the region were recognized and received awards for many achievements; such as excelling in academics, recruitment a high number of new members, and fundraising the most money for The Ability Experience. All in all, the chapter left with a new understanding of how to demonstrate excellence in each of their positions and a positive outlook on the direction they want their chapter to go.
