The Founders’ Generation Alumni Group held their annual luncheon on March 23, 2017 at Ralph & Kacoo’s Restaurant in Bossier City Louisiana.
A dozen alumni and their wives, including Jack McCain, the Beta Omicron Chapter’s founding archon, and Peggy (Kerr) Plunkett, who was the chapter’s first rose queen, were in attendance.
The meeting began with updates on members of the Founders’ Group from alumnus Charles Bice. A heartfelt prayer was delivered by John Echols before a lunch of Cajun cuisine and seafood was served.
