Beta Omicron brother elected Northwestern State Interfraternity Council president

The governing body exists to perpetuate the best interests of the seven fraternity organizations it represents. It is dedicated to academic achievement, service to the Northwestern and the Natchitoches communities, as well as to the development of leadership through educational programming. The IFC aids chapters in the areas of recruitment, risk management, academic, service, public relations, financial and educational programming.

“As IFC president, my goal is to promote respect and integrity, not only for ourselves as fraternity/ sorority members, but for all students through our leadership and actions,” Marlbrough said. “Specifically, we will promote service opportunities wherever possible. By serving others, we will show our commitment to each other and our community.”

Marlbrough has held numerous leadership positions on campus. The Mandeville, Louisiana is currently the vice president of the Beta Omicron Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi and is also involved in the President’s Leadership Program, ROTC, and is a Freshman Connector.
