He will be responsible for getting the 10,000 athletes and coaches from 177 countries in and out of the LA Memorial Coliseum during the Opening Ceremony on July 25 and the Closing Ceremony on August 2. The Opening Ceremony will be televised on ESPN. You will be expected to attend an informational meeting in early July (date TBD) and the final dress rehearsals on July 24 and August 1 at the LA Coliseum in addition to the actual events.
