This event is the chapters biggest event for the fall semester and not only succeeded in strengthening awareness for people with disabilities but also improved the reputation of The Ability Experience as a whole. Brothers gained a little insight into what it is like to be wheelchair bound and to be dependent on another person for basic everyday needs. As strenuous of a task the 5k proved to be, Alpha Kappa brothers enjoyed the event as it was a time to bond and a joy to give back by raising awareness.
