David Jaffe, Alpha 436 and former two-time National President, was our speaker. Samm McConnell, Alpha 298, was awarded the Order of Alpha, the highest award given by the undergraduate chapter to an alumnus of the Alpha Chapter for life-long service. Trevor Stubbs-Stroud, Alpha 1217, was the first recipient of a scholarship named in his honor.
We even had a little fun, as we raised $2,500 for the Alpha CIF. Gunnar Burts, Alpha 1192 and outgoing Archon, raised the funds by “auctioning” to the highest bidder the right to cut his hair in whatever fashion the highest bidder decided.
All in all, it was a great event. At Alpha, we look forward to what 2015 will bring!
