Ryan attended Miami University, where he studied psychology with an adolescent development focus and joined the Eta Upsilon Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He joined staff in 2010 as a director of chapter operations and has since worked in various roles at outside organizations before returning to staff in 2024. In his current role, he oversees the collegiate services department, supports Pi Kappa Phi’s education strategy and volunteer efforts, supervises the prevention education and strategy and assists with insurance claims and response. In his free time, Ryan enjoys being on Lake Norman, hiking and traveling.
