Dane attended Pennsylvania State University, where he studied mathematics and joined the Alpha Mu Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. At Penn State, he was involved in THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, which strives to enhance the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. He joined staff in 2021, serving as director of standards and accountability and director of chapter development before transitioning to his current role in 2024. In his current role, Dane works with chapters from coast to coast, advising in finances, serving as a liaison between universities and National Headquarters and developing chapter officers into exceptional leaders. In his free time, Dane enjoys cheering for Philadelphia’s sports team and listening to Mac Miller. 

Fun Fact: Dane has traveled to seven countries in Europe.
