Dane McGrath
Director Standards and Accountability
Dane attended Pennsylvania State University, where he studied mathematics and joined the Alpha Mu Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. At Penn State, he was involved in THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, which strives to enhance the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. He joined staff in 2021, serving as director of standards and accountability, director of chapter development and director of chapter services before transitioning back to his current role in 2024. In his current role, Dane currently serves as director of standards and accountability, where he manages the Fraternity’s student and chapter conduct process, including investigation, adjudication, sanctioning and sanction follow-up of alleged violations of Pi Kappa Phi’s Risk Management Oolicy and standards of conduct. In his free time, Dane enjoys cheering for Philadelphia’s sports team and listening to Mac Miller.
Fun Fact: Dane has traveled to seven countries in Europe.
