Clayton attended Ohio University, where he studied political management with a focus in strategic leadership and joined the Theta Chi Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. His time on Pi Kappa Phi staff began as a student experience and Pi Kapp College intern, then as a chapter success manager before transitioning to his current role in 2023. In his current role, Clayton works with chapters from coast to coast, advising in finances, serving as a liaison between universities and National Headquarters and developing chapter officers into exceptional leaders. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
