Champ attended the University of Northern Colorado, where he studied finance and accounting and joined the Iota Kappa Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. Champ currently serves as a leadership consultant on staff, traveling to chapters across the country to assist with recruitment, marketing, retention, harm reduction, leadership training and brotherhood. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, playing video games and watching football.
