Bailey Mitchell
Senior Director of Standards and Accountability
Bailey Mitchell attended Mercer University, where she studied technical communication and joined Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity. She went on to earn her master’s degree in higher education administration from Florida International University, and then her doctorate in educational leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has previously served as the coordinator of student conduct and academic integrity at Virginia Commonwealth University and as the collegiate support manager of risk management at Sigma Kappa Sorority. Since joining Pi Kappa Phi staff in 2024, she has worked to manage all aspects of the student and chapter conduct process, including investigation, adjudication, sanctioning and sanction follow-up of alleged violations of Pi Kappa Phi’s risk management policy and standards of conduct. She also oversees chapter compliance with Pi Kappa Phi’s minimum chapter standards, supports chapters on a disciplinary status and develops conduct-related resources for undergraduate chapters. In her free time, Bailey enjoys reading, knitting and watching hockey.
