2023 Thirty Under 30

Jordan Phillips

Jordan Phillips, Iota Beta (Texas-San Antonio), graduated in 2016, but his career began three years prior, in 2013, when he earned his real estate license. After spending 10 years in the industry, his accolades include having his real estate company named to the Top 50 Professionals in San Antonio, mentoring nearly 45 agents within the company, assisting more than 300 families with their search for a home, more than $70 million in volume sold and facilitating the hiring process to add two full-time specialists to his company’s staff in the areas of marketing and processing. Outside of his impressive career, he spends time volunteering in the San Antonio community and fundraising for local philanthropic initiatives. He regularly volunteers his time to the San Antonio Battered Women’s Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department and Animal Defense League. He has held drives for Texas Diaper Bank, Homeless Supply, San Antonio Food Bank, and in a span of just three months, Jordan was able to simultaneously raise awareness and run a fundraising campaign that amassed over $12,500 for the San Antonio division of the American Heart Association. As an undergraduate member of Pi Kappa Phi, he learned responsibility, leadership, accountability, personal responsibility and what it meant to be a servant leader. He strives to apply these lessons to his life each and every day, no matter what he is doing or who he is with.
