Cavin Villarreal
After graduating as a founding father of Iota Psi (Boise State) Chapter, Cavin Villareal continued his dedication to Pi Kappa Phi as a leadership consultant initially and then worked to build the foundation for the chapter success manager team. After five years of dedication to National Headquarters, it was crucial to Cavin to continue working for an organization that aligned with his values and allowed him to serve others. He continued advancing his professional career through a role at Be the Match, a nonprofit that helps patients with blood disorders and diseases find a potential stem cell or marrow donor through their registry, another organization to work for that aligned with his values and allowed him to serve others. Using his passion for working with college students that he discovered during his time on Pi Kappa Phi staff, he now helps develop students into impactful leaders as they plan and execute Be the Match drives on their own campus.
Cavin and his fellow Thirty Under 30 recipients will be honored at the 2023 Pi Kapp Alumni Reunion. Interested in joining us? Click here to learn more.
