After earning his bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College in 2013, and a Master of Science degree in Administration specializing in Criminal Justice in 2014, Andrew McIntosh, Beta Beta, continued his education at Santa Fe College Institute of Public Safety completing the Florida Basic Recruit program in June 2015. Andrew is advancing his career at the University of Florida Police Department. In response to COVID-19 needs, Andrew transitioned from being a Field Training Officer to an Acting Sergeant in the Patrol Division. Service before self is a motto Andrew lives by and he volunteers his time to teach Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) classes and teaching a section for his agencies Community Police Academy to better educate the community about law enforcement functions.
