Michael is an ambitious young professional who strives to be a leader in everything he does. During college, became a member of the Omega Chapter at Purdue University. In the chapter he served as warden, historian, and standards board chairman. He graduated with a degree in Political Science and History and started his career as a Legislative Assistant in the Indiana House of Representatives serving in this role for two years. He now is working for Conexus Indiana and had held multiple roles within the company; he started a Project Coordinator and now is the Director of Operations. He is the youngest member of the senior leadership team and takes pride in fulfilling his responsibilities such as managing all budgets, contracts, project management, human resources, IT implementation, grant reporting, fundraising and their annual operating plan. While at Conexus he has partnered with the Gregory S. Fehribach Center Ezkenazi Health which provides internships to college students with physical disabilities, taking his inspiration from the mission of The Ability Experience. Outside of his career, he sits on several committees and boards. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Omega Housing Corporation and is an advisor working directly for the Chairman, President and Executive Committee and Board in preparation for the 2022 College Football Playoff Committee to be hosted in Indianapolis. Previously he was a member of the Ivy Tech Community College Supply Chain and Logistics Advisory Board and the Purdue Road School Planning Committee. He is most proud of being able to be a continual learner and be put into leadership positions that allow him to have an impact on his community and company. He learned from Pi Kappa Phi that that organizations have a corporate social responsibility to better people’s lives and everyone has a role to play in lifting people and communities.
