Austin Doyle
Theta Pi (UT – Tyler)
After graduating from the University of Texas-Tyler, Austin has pursued his lifelong goal of working in special education. With a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, Austin accepted a position at Robert E. Lee High School working as their campus behavior/autism specialist. As an undergraduate, he completed the requirements to become a registered behavior technician which has allowed him to become an educational consultant to school districts and families. Austin started the Best Buddies chapter at the high school and within the first year there were over 100 students involved. Austin was a member of the 2015 Gear Up Florida team, which he credits for helping him realize how much of an impact this generation can have and help with those with different abilities.
