Matt is responsible for providing analytical support to Pi Kappa Phi Properties by preparing, maintaining, and reporting annual budgets for all properties and the portfolio. Working in cooperation with the accounting department, he assis with account coding and maintaining cash balance and projections. Matt also directly supports the Asset Manager in property management by providing market analysis on student housing markets, executing lease distribution, and assisting with capital project planning.
Matt was an active member of the Eta Pi Chapter at Coastal Carolina University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in management and economics. As an undergraduate member, he served the chapter as treasurer and vice-president. Additionally, Matt participated in a study abroad program in Europe and was selected to attend Warren Buffett’s annual student conference in Omaha, NE.
When not crunching numbers or helping maintain the Pi Kappa Phi Properties portfolio, Matt enjoys attending sports events, concerts, and traveling.
