Matt Ramsay

Matt Ramsay attended the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, where he studied English literature and culture, as well as religious studies and joined the Delta Lambda Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He served as his chapter’s secretary, vice archon and archon. In 2022, he participated in The Ability Experience’s Gear Up Florida as a crew member. He joined Pi Kappa Phi staff first as an alumni engagement intern, then as a leadership consultant and finally as director of alumni communications before transitioning to his current role in 2026. In his current role, Matt leads the strategy, design and execution of programs that shape the member experience across the Fraternity, ensuring that ritual, education and community building efforts are aligned, relevant and consistently delivered at a high level.
