Rosy Brophy

Rosy studied business administration and holds the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation, which is administered by the Community Associations Institute.

Since joining staff in 2024, she has managed and supervised house directors and property managers at our undergraduate chapter properties. She also oversees vendor service engagement and contracts, operation and maintenance of equipment, budget and capital improvement planning.

In her free time, Rosy enjoys traveling, exploring different countries, playing pickleball and hiking.

Fun Fact: Rosy is a Blue Star Mother with Blue Star Mothers of America. She is a proud mom of an Army National Guard son who is also an alumnus of Pi Kappa Phi’s Delta Upsilon Chapter (Pittsburgh).
