Director of Digital Media
The director of digital media provides strategic leadership in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen Pi Kappa Phi’s brand and engage members, alumni, donors and key stakeholders. Overseeing digital storytelling across all Pi Kappa Phi entities, the director leads the planning, creation and analysis of engaging, audience-focused content across web, email and social platforms. This role manages content strategy, brand consistency and digital performance, advancing the organization’s visibility through mission-aligned storytelling and data-driven engagement.
Leadership Consultant
Each consultant is assigned a region of expansion projects to recruit new members and/or a number of undergraduate, associate or recently chartered chapters. In addition, consultants are also assigned to establish new associate chapters. Each consultant spends the fall and spring academic terms conducting in-person recruitment to start or restart chapters while supporting and coaching other new chapters on how to implement best practices of the Fraternity; most commonly in the following areas: accountability, recruitment success, alumni engagement, service, general chapter operations and administrative responsibilities.
Chapter Advisor (Volunteer)
Chapter advisors partner with officers and key committee chairmen, National Headquarters staff members, other volunteers and university staff members to help the chapter make intelligent, fair and reasonable choices within the boundaries established by state, federal and local laws, as well as Pi Kappa Phi’s standards of conduct and the applicable policies of the university. Chapter advisors also provide student members with the appropriate amount of challenge and support to make decisions that advance the mission of both the chapter and the national organization.
