Dane attended Pennsylvania State University, where he studied mathematics and joined the Alpha Mu Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. At Penn State, he was involved in THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, which strives to enhance the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. He joined staff in 2021 and has since served in several roles, including director of standards and accountability, director of chapter development and director of chapter services. In 2024, Dane transitioned back to the area of standards and accountability and now serves as the senior director of standards and accountability. In this role, he manages the Fraternity’s student and chapter conduct process, overseeing investigation, adjudication, sanctioning and follow-up for alleged violations of Pi Kappa Phi’s Risk Management Policy and standards of conduct. In his free time, Dane enjoys cheering for Philadelphia’s sports team and listening to Mac Miller.
Fun Fact: Dane has traveled to seven countries in Europe.
