Curt Herzog

Theta Lambda (Missouri State)
Curt attended Missouri State University, where he studied communications, marketing and sales. He was a founding father of the Theta Lambda Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. Curt began his professional journey with the national Fraternity in 2008 as a leadership consultant and has since held multiple roles, including director of chapter development, director of new chapter development and chief growth officer. Prior to his current position, he also served in leadership roles across various nonprofit and membership-based organizations.
As chief development officer, Curt leads the Foundation’s efforts to inspire alumni engagement and philanthropic support that advances the Fraternity’s mission. He works closely with alumni, donors and staff to strengthen the impact of giving and build a culture of lifelong involvement among alumni.
In his free time, Curt enjoys playing golf, grilling and traveling.
Fun Fact: Curt was born with two different-colored eyes, a condition known as heterochromia. One eye even became dichromatic in college, developing two distinct colors.
