Donovan Civitella

Donovan attended the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, where he studied political science and joined the Delta Lambda Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He served as the chapter's secretary and archon. Prior to his graduation in 2025, he served as a marketing and collegiate services intern with Pi Kappa Phi. He joined staff in 2025 as a leadership consultant before transitioning to his current role in 2026. Donovan currently serves as a chapter development manager on staff, traveling to chapters across the country to assist with recruitment, marketing, retention, harm reduction, leadership training and brotherhood. In his free time, he enjoys watching Philadelphia sports.
