Jake Henderson
Chief Executive Officer
Jake attended the University of Arizona, where he joined the Beta Theta Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi in 2001. Originally joining staff as a leadership consultant following graduation, he traveled to Pi Kappa Phi chapters throughout the country from 2006 until 2008. In the time he was not a staff member, he volunteered his time as a chapter advisor, alumni/housing corporation president and chairman of the growth and expansion committees. Prior to returning to Pi Kappa Phi, he had a 14-year financial services career with Association Members Benefit Advisors (AMBA), serving as a member of the leadership team, and then as a senior vice president for the western region. Since returning to Pi Kappa Phi as chief executive officer in 2022, Jake has managed a staff of more than 50 professionals and overseen the advancement of the strategic initiatives of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, Pi Kappa Phi Foundation, Pi Kappa Phi Properties and The Ability Experience. When he is not meeting with undergraduate members and alumni throughout the country, Jake enjoys cheering for the Arizona Wildcat’s basketball team, the Dallas Cowboys and playing golf.
Fun Fact: During his undergraduate years, Jake served as Beta Theta Chapter’s philanthropy chair, warden, vice archon and archon.
