Director of Membership Accountability
Operating out of Mountain Brook, Alabama, Emily serves as Pi Kappa Phi’s Director of Membership Accountability. As part of her role, she helps coordinate the Fraternity’s response to alleged incidents of sexual misconduct.
Emily Feinstein is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and a graduate of The University of South Alabama, having obtained a Bachelors of Art in Criminal Justice and History and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership. For nearly 18 years, Emily has held various roles as a university student affairs professional including as UAB’s Director of the Office of Student Conduct, Office of Student Outreach and Title IX Deputy Coordinator; and the University of California, San Diego’s Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. Emily began her career advising fraternity and sorority life and then moved into other facets of student life as her career progressed.
Emily also currently serves National Kappa Delta Sorority as the Director of University Case Management for the National Leadership Team. Emily provides leadership in developing processes for managing chapter university proceedings; developed and trains a team of volunteers and staff who can support investigations and member reviews; and provides guidance on a case-by-case basis.
When Emily is not focused on Pi Kappa Phi or Kappa Delta, you will likely find her spending time with her husband, two boys and their dog and traveling abroad when time permits. Emily is excited to have joined the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity staff in 2019!
