Brandon Belote
Chief Operations Officer
Brandon attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where he studied theatrical design technology and joined the Theta Alpha Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He went on to earn his master’s of fine arts degree in theatre management at Florida State University. He joined staff in 2006 as a leadership consultant and has since served as the director of chapter services, director of chapter operations and assistant executive director of chapter development and growth before transitioning to his current role in 2022. In his current role, he creates, updates and advances policies and procedures that promote the National Headquarters staff and greater Fraternity’s culture and vision, as well as overseeing the Fraternity’s ongoing business systems, operations and technology infrastructure. He provides efficiency, functionality and sustainability to all staff by providing agile, purposeful and proactive solutions to new challenges.
