At Pi Kappa Phi, becoming a brother starts with more than just joining — it starts with showing up, stepping in and investing in something bigger than yourself.

Our associate member education experience is designed to help you grow into the man and leader you want to be. Built on the values of our student creed — common loyalty, personal responsibility, achievement, accountability, campus involvement, responsible citizenship and lifelong commitment — it’s a five- to seven-week journey that sets the tone for your entire Pi Kapp experience.

This isn’t just about learning names and dates. It’s about building authentic relationships, embracing your strengths and understanding what it means to be a Pi Kappa Phi member on your campus and for life.

We believe in a brotherhood rooted in friendship, trust and respect. Every member deserves to be treated with dignity, and we are unwavering in our opposition to hazing or any behavior that is mentally, physically or emotionally unsafe.
