Interfraternity Leadership Programs

AFLV Central

AFLV Central is the largest, most diverse gathering of fraternal stakeholders in the country. Each year, more than 2,300 participants from more than 150 campuses come together for an experience with programming at all levels of the fraternity/sorority experience.

AFLV West

AFLV West is the oldest regional fraternal conference. The conference has met regularly since its establishment in 1948. Each year, more than 700 participants from more than 50 campuses come together for an experience with programming at all levels of the fraternity/sorority experience.

UIFI

The Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute is a four-day, three-night, immersive leadership experience where fraternity/sorority students come together to:

  • discover new solutions to critical problems
  • learn from and share experiences with other fraternity and sorority students
  • identify the conversations they want to start in their own communities

Participants will learn from each other in both large and small group settings with the goal of gaining a new perspective about their own fraternity/sorority experience as a result of their time at UIFI. UIFI has several scholarships available.

SGLA

Founded in 2019, the Southeastern Greek Leadership Association is a voluntary association of fraternity and sorority governing councils in the United States Southeast. SGLA is one of the regional associations throughout North America designed to bring together institutions and individuals with a commitment to the promotion of fraternity and sorority life on college and university campuses.

NGLA

The Northeast Greek Leadership Association is a vibrant, volunteer-driven nonprofit organization passionately dedicated to nurturing and educating students and professionals in the Northeast. Their mission is to create enriching educational experiences and programs that empower the fraternal community to align their actions with their values.
