Ten Under 10
Celebrating the Next Generation of Leaders
Do you know a Pi Kapp who’s doing big things? Maybe its a brother changing lives through service, making waves in his career or just being an all-around standout brother. Or maybe…it’s you.
The Ten Under 10 Award recognizes alumni who graduated within the last 10 years and are making a powerful impact in their careers, communities and the world. They’re living the values of Pi Kappa Phi in everything they do, and we think that deserves a spotlight.
Whether they’re leading in their industries, giving back through service or inspiring others through personal achievement, Ten Under 10 Award recipients represent the very best of Pi Kappa Phi’s young alumni.
Brothers who are:
- Committed to living their values. Leading with character, giving back and lifting others up.
- Making their mark. Whether it’s in business, service, innovation, education or something completely unique.
- Recent grads. Anyone who finished undergrad or grad school in the last 10 years (as of May 1, 2025) and is in good standing with Pi Kappa Phi.
Short answer: YOU.
Undergraduate members, alumni, friends of the Fraternity — everyone’s welcome to submit a nomination. And yes, self-nominations are encouraged (because if you’re doing great things, why not put your name in the mix?).
Winners will be announced on or around Founders’ Day in December. We’ll announce the 2025 Ten Under 10 class on the website, on social and through chapter communication.
Where possible, we’ll celebrate these brothers in person at a Founders’ Day event near them. If that’s not an option, we’ll still make sure they get the recognition they deserve.
- Nominations have closed for 2025.
- Already a past Thirty Under 30 recipient? That’s amazing, but this one’s for a new class of changemakers.
2025 Recipients
