Leadership & Education

Leadership and Education

Pi Kappa Phi has long been an interfraternal leader in educating its members. Starting with Pi Kapp College in 1959, Pi Kappa Phi has a long history of creating and adapting educational programs to meet the changing needs of each generation of Pi Kapp men. To address emerging trends on campuses and in fraternities, Pi Kappa Phi is developing comprehensive member education relevant to today’s college men.

This provides opportunities for a meaningful lifelong fraternity experience and prepares members to shoulder their full responsibility as members of their communities.

Pi Kapp College

As Pi Kappa Phi’s officer training institute, Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers prepares newly elected, re-elected officers and key committee chairmen for their roles as leaders of their chapter. These student leaders gain essential knowledge to succeed in their specific chapter leadership role.

Additionally, each summer, Pi Kappa Phi hosts a Pi Kapp College officer academy to provide in-depth and focused training for a specific officer position. In addition to hands-on functional training, student officers experience personal and professional development that not only makes them a better chapter leader, but prepares them for life beyond college.

Risk Management Education

Gifts to the Leadership Fund will help ensure that Pi Kappa Phi student members have the opportunity to participate in a menu of risk management education — Health & Safety Edu, Ladder of Risk and Alcohol Skills Training Program (ASTP).

Support Leadership Development

The Leadership Fund is critical to continuing Pi Kappa Phi’s leadership development, alcohol education programming and scholarship development for generations to come.

All gifts to the Leadership Fund support the Foundation’s area of greatest need and help to fulfill the organization’s mission.
