Cameron Woods began his journey with Pi Kappa Phi at Iona University, where he was initiated into the Iota Omicron Chapter and served as archon. As an undergraduate, he also represented his chapter on the Council of Archons, gaining early exposure to fraternity governance and leadership at the national level.
Professionally, Woods serves as vice president of executive talent acquisition for investment banking at Citigroup, where he is responsible for executive search efforts and advises business leaders on talent strategy within a highly competitive global organization.
Woods’s service to Pi Kappa Phi spans undergraduate leadership, professional staff experience and volunteer roles. He previously served on staff as a leadership consultant on the expansion team and has continued his involvement as a volunteer in numerous capacities, including as a facilitator for Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers and member of the CEO Search Committee. Most recently, he served as chair of the Growth Committee, helping guide the Fraternity’s strategic approach to sustainable growth.
A proud member of the Nu Phi Society, Woods was recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation at the 57th Supreme Chapter for his continued leadership, service and dedication to Pi Kappa Phi.
Woods gives his time, talent and treasure to the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation because of the Fraternity’s values and the powerful role lifelong brotherhood plays in shaping the lives of its members.
