Ryan Lugabihl

Ryan attended Miami University, where he studied psychology with a focus on adolescent development and joined the Eta Upsilon Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He joined staff in 2010 as a director of chapter operations and has since worked in various roles at outside organizations before returning to staff in 2024. In his current role, Ryan supports enterprise-wide initiatives, including Pi Kappa Phi’s standards and accountability efforts. In his free time, Ryan enjoys being on Lake Norman, hiking and traveling.
