Cole Bienish

Cole attended Winthrop University, where he studied business administration, management and finance and joined the Epsilon Eta Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He served as the chapter’s standards board chairman, vice archon and as his campus’s Interfraternity Council president. Prior to his graduation in 2024, he served as an intern with Pi Kappa Phi Properties. He joined Pi Kappa Phi staff in 2025 as a leadership consultant, before transitioning to his current role with Pi Kappa Phi Properties in 2026. In his current role, he provides analytical and relationship management support, serves as the primary contact for house directors at designated properties within the Pi Kappa Phi Properties portfolio and conducts regular property review analysis. In his free time, he enjoys watching baseball, football and Star Wars.
