Pi Kapp College: Treasurers’ Academy

Pi Kapp College: Treasurers’ Academy in June 2026 is a required training for all treasurers, and it’s designed to make your job clearer, easier and more effective. Managing finances isn’t just about spreadsheets and dues, it’s about building trust, protecting your members and creating a foundation for the chapter to thrive. You’ll learn how to build a realistic budget, communicate expectations, navigate the billing and collections process and partner with your advisors and archon to keep the chapter on solid financial ground.

You won’t be doing this work alone. Treasurers from across the country will be there, sharing their experiences and learning the same systems and tools you’ll use all year. You’ll walk away confident in your responsibilities and prepared for the decisions ahead.
