Archon of the Year
This award recognizes the most outstanding archon in the nation, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication and setting an incredibly high standard for future chapter leaders to follow.
2025 Recipient
Casey White, Delta Tau (James Madison)
Casey stepped into the role of archon when his chapter needed his leadership most. Following a membership review in 2023, he guided the chapter through a difficult time by delegating with intention and trusting his fellow officers to deliver results, strengthening operations, accountability and ownership across the board. He also rebuilt the chapter’s relationship with university staff, creating a path forward grounded in communication and collaboration.
These efforts led to measurable growth in recruitment and fundraising, along with a stronger overall chapter experience for every brother. Beyond Delta Tau, Casey served as a key contributor to the Council of Archons, bringing a valuable perspective and voice while setting an example for chapter leaders across the Fraternity.
