Kate Kies

Kate attended the University of Alabama, where she studied business commerce and administration and joined Alpha Phi International Fraternity. She joined staff in 2026 as a property manager for managed assets. In her current role, she works to support property leasing efforts, maintenance and operational efficiency to help maintain strong, economically sustainable housing operations aligned with organizational standards. She also addresses resident concerns and resolves housing-related issues. 

In her free time, Kate enjoys needlepoint, hand embroidery and creating memories with her family.
