Davis named Howard H. Baker Leadership Award Recipient

Andrew Davis, Kappa (UNC-Chapel Hill), is the 2025 recipient of the Howard H. Baker Leadership Award. Davis was recognized on his campus as the 2024 Fraternity President of the Year, honoring his dedication and impact as archon of the Kappa Chapter. His leadership, however, extends far beyond Pi Kappa Phi. 

Davis has served as vice president of public relations for the UNC Interfraternity Council, strengthening communication and outreach across the fraternity community. Outside of fraternity life, he has balanced an impressive slate of leadership roles, including head coach of a local junior varsity lacrosse team, group leader at a Pennsylvania summer camp, business development intern with Mu Sigma Lambda and manager for the North Carolina men’s lacrosse program. 

Through these varied experiences, Davis has exemplified the values of service, leadership and personal responsibility, making a lasting impact not only on his chapter but also on his campus and broader community.
