Alek McGinnis

Alek attended the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, where he studied psychology and joined the Delta Lambda Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He served as the chapter's Greek Week chairman, recruitment chairman and vice archon. He joined staff in 2025 as a leadership consultant before transitioning to his current role in 2026. Alek currently serves as a chapter development manager on staff, traveling to chapters across the country to assist with recruitment, marketing, retention, harm reduction, leadership training and brotherhood. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, studying philosophy and collecting sports cards.
