2025 Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers Award Recipients

February 5, 2026

In January, Pi Kappa Phi hosted three Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers events over two weekends, bringing together undergraduate leaders from more than 160 chapters. Officers reviewed their core responsibilities, worked through real-life scenarios, and connected with brothers from across the country. Attending these events provided officers with the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, build valuable networks and grow both personally and professionally.

Throughout the weekends, chapters and officers were recognized for their achievements in the areas of financial integrity, volunteer service, campus involvement, chapter development, leadership and overall student experience.

Two of the most coveted awards presented were the Champion Master Chapter Award and the Founders’ Award. To earn the Champion Master Chapter designation, chapters must demonstrate excellence by ranking in the top 10 percent of all chapters on the Founders’ Report, showcasing strong performance across every area of chapter operations. The Founders’ Award is reserved for the very best chapters nationwide, recognizing those who excel in leadership, service, and personal responsibility. Individual award winners were also acknowledged for their exceptional contributions to Pi Kappa Phi and the greater intrafraternal community. Together, these honors highlight chapters and members who set the standard within Pi Kappa Phi, both on their campuses and in their communities.

Congratulations to all our 2025 award winners. Your leadership makes Pi Kappa Phi stronger and shows all chapters what is possible. We encourage all officers to aim for these honors next year by using what they learned at Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers and working to make their chapter an ideal chapter.
