The event helped the new executive officers transition into their new positions, providing workshops for the chapter as a whole and individual officers as well. The executive officers also attended events hosted by the national organization that fostered brotherhood; this included a Q&A with Durward Owen and other Mr. Pi Kappa Phi brothers, as well as an awards banquet featuring a speech by national organization Chief Executive Officer Mark E. Timmes. The Zeta Alpha Chapter (Clemson) also celebrated the reception of the “Outstanding Service and Philanthropy Award (New Chapter)” during this banquet.
Zeta Alpha will soon begin large alumni outreach efforts; if you would like to get involved with the undergraduate or alumni chapter through events, philanthropy, mentorship and beyond, please contact Historian Matthew Spadaro at mspadar@g.clemson.edu. We look forward to connecting, and to a new year of exceptional leaders and uncommon opportunities.
