The National Headquarters of Pi Kappa Phi has recently hired new staff and promoted from within. These new employees and new roles will further advance the mission of Pi Kappa Phi nationally.
Rachel Westra has taken over the role of Chief Operating Officer, with Brandon Belote filling the role of Chief Administrative Officer.
Andrew Bublitz has moved onto the Technology team, and now serves as Database & Data Integrity Manager.
Conner Burk and Christopher Huffman have both moved into the New Chapter Development team; Conner serves as Director of Expansion & Growth and Chris serves as Director of New Chapter Development.
On the Prevention & Accountability team, Zack Cockerham has assumed the role of Director of Standards & Accountability. Jamie Rae Parker serves as Directory of Prevention Education and Joey Smith serves as Assistant Director of Prevention & Accountability.
Tavianna Williams has been hired on the Training & Development team and works as Assistant Executive Director of Training & Development.
Taylor Jernigan was hired onto the Alumni Engagement team as the Director of Alumni Engagement.
On the Communication Team, Victor Tran was promoted to Assistant Executive Director of Communication, and Justin Horne to Director of Communication.
Becky Smith has been hired by the Foundation and serves as the Associate Director, Leadership Fund, while Davis Tapp serves as the Associate Director of Individual Gifts.
The Ability Experience has hired Eric Baze as Regional Director of Chapter Services (Midwest), Ethan Norman as Assistant Director of Logistics, and promoted Chelsea Ball to Director of Logistics.
