Order of Omega Case Study

Are you interested in showcasing your leadership skills and earning some money? The Order of Omega Case Study Competition allows undergraduate students to apply their academic and practical learning to a real-world fraternity scenario. At Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers in January, up to 10 teams of two will compete to resolve a case informed by recent fraternity experiences. The teams will apply their experiences and leadership skills to a case focused on a complex situation an undergraduate officer in the fraternity could encounter.

The Case Study Competition begins with an interest meeting on Friday, January 17, at 5:30 p.m. in Dallas, Texas. Presentations will occur on Saturday, January 18, in the afternoon. Financial prizes will be awarded to the first, second, and third-place teams. Participation in the case study will not interfere with officer training tracks at Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers. Thank you to Order of Omega and the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation for their generous sponsorship of this competition. You do not have to be a member of the Order of Omega to participate.
