House becomes home for Alpha Omega Chapter at Oregon

They have not had a physical house since their recolonization, almost 3 years ago. They proudly received their re-charter on May 4 of last year.

Alpha Omega’s new home will house twenty-two brothers, as well as an advisor. It has ample space for regular chapter meetings, committee meetings, and study sessions.

The undergraduate brothers are very pleased, and have started a fundraising effort to help furnish and add upgrades to the house.

“We are incredibly excited about this new opportunity that has been given to us,” Vice Archon Luke Polidore said. “Having a house directly impacts recruiting and strengthens the brotherhood.”

The brothers have set a $5,000 goal, and have raised almost half of that amount. The money raised will initially be used for a number of projects including giving the house a coat of new paint. Some ‘home’ comforts like outdoor furniture, a basketball hoop, and a canopy to cover the courtyard will hopefully follow, and help to make the house a Pi Kapp home.

Donors will be gratefully acknowledged with an engraved plaque, which will be proudly displayed in the house.
