DESCRIPTION:2026 Alpha Mu Alumni WeekendEvents2026 Alpha Mu Alumni Chapter\nJoin us for the Alpha Mu 1960s – 1980s Alumni Weekend from July 31 to August 1\, 2026. Return to State College\, Pennsylvania\, for a weekend of reunion\, memories and brotherhood! \nEvent History and Overview\nThe event was started as an annual golf outing in 2002 by a small group of brothers from the ’60s and ’70s — Chuck Ferrarro\, Doug Forbes\, John Kieser\, Ed Korecky\, Luke Rentschler\, Rick Say\, John Talone and Ron Trull. \nThe golf outing has grown each year\, with last year’s attendance of 62 brothers from the ’60s through the ’80s\, and has expanded to include dinners and non-golf events alongside the golf events. This year\, we’re expecting 70-80 attendees. The event will formally start on Friday\, July 31\, 2026\, with a golf and a corresponding non-golf event\, followed by a dinner\, and then continue on Saturday\, August 1\, 2026\, with a similar agenda at different locations. Some people arrive that Thursday night (7/30/26) as well\, so we’ll try to let folks know who is in town that night. \nEven if you are not a golfer\, the dinners and non-golf events provide an excellent opportunity to catch up with brothers that you have not seen in years. Registrants will be able to select which event they are participating in and on what day in the order form at checkout. From a budgeting perspective\, each golf round is around $100\, each room night is around $190 plus taxes\, and all the group dinners and incidentals are covered by the “Weekend Ticket” above. DESCRIPTION:Pi Kapp College for Chapter OfficersEvents\nPi Kapp College for Chapter Officers 2027\nAs Pi Kappa Phi’s officer training institute\, Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers prepares newly elected\, re-elected officers and key committee chairmen for their roles as leaders of their chapter. \n2027 Event Details\nPi Kappa Phi’s annual conference for chapter leadership\, Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers\, will be held on the following dates: \nJanuary 8-10\, 2027\nWashington\, D.C. – Renaissance Arlington Capital View \nJanuary 8-10\, 2027\nAtlanta\, Georgia – Atlanta Airport Marriott \nJanuary 15-17\, 2027\nDallas\, Texas – Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport \n2027 Chapter City AssignmentsCost\nChapters will be billed $2\,600 for Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers. This price includes: \n\nTwo hotel rooms per chapter; chapter members will be lodged four people per room\nFive meals; dinner on Friday\, breakfast\, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday\nBrand new curriculum tailored to your needs in your position and as a leader of your chapter\n\nMandatory delegates to attend include archon\, vice archon\, treasurer\, warden\, chaplain\, risk management chairman\, philanthropy chairman and standards board chairman. \nExtra delegates (outside of the required eight) are welcome to attend at an additional cost of $600 for one and $900 for two and may register for any officer track offered (three extra delegates costs $1\,200 and four costs $1\,500). This cost is inclusive of additional room(s) to accommodate lodging\, five meals and services rendered per student.  \nYour chapter’s officer listing must be updated via Chapter Gateway by December 1\, 2026. The deadline to pay for Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers is December 10\, 2026. All payments made after this date will be considered late\, and an additional fee of $100 will be due.  \nAll training will be conducted through a series of online modules and in-person education sessions in either Washington D.C.\, Atlanta or Dallas. \nArrival and Departure\nStudents should plan to arrive on Friday afternoon by 4 p.m.; check-in will be open beginning at 2 p.m. Programming will conclude around 11:45 a.m.\, and students will be able to depart the hotel on Sunday after 12 p.m.  \nStudents should not book flights departing before 2 p.m.  \nOnline Modules\nAll executive officers (including secretary and historian) will complete position-specific and general officer online modules. Modules will highlight key responsibilities\, helpful resources and essential position elements via interactive content. The modules can be accessed through the Pi Kapp Hub on the Virtual Journey and completion will be tracked. You should set aside at least 90 minutes to complete all assigned modules.  \nModules will be available to officers assigned in Chapter Gateway beginning on November 15\, 2026\, and must be completed within 10 days of elections. \nPosition-Specific Sessions\nThe following positions will be required to complete position-specific in-person sessions at Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers: archon\, vice archon\, treasurer\, warden\, chaplain\, risk management chairman\, philanthropy chairman and standards board chairman. Sessions are designed to review components of your role\, dive deeper into your vital responsibilities and provide opportunities to engage with real-life scenarios. \nAttendance\nAttendance will be taken for every session at Pi Kapp College. \nIt is mandatory for your chapter’s archon\, vice archon\, treasurer\, warden\, chaplain\, risk management chairman\, philanthropy chairman and standards board chairman to attend in-person. \nThe following is an outline of the attendance expectations: \n\nAll officers attending Pi Kapp College are required to complete their within 10 days of elections. Those who have not done so will not be allowed to check in until they are completed.\nSecretary and historian need to complete their modules within 10 days of elections. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine and possible removal from office.\n100% completion/attendance of all training components (online and in-person) related to Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers will count towards earning an insurance rebate for the chapter for the upcoming year.\n\nTravel Expectations \nEach chapter is responsible for its own travel expenses\, and the archon should coordinate the entire delegation’s travel plans to ensure everyone arrives and departs on time. If you are flying\, all flights should be booked at least three weeks in advance of the conference.  \nIf you are driving\, parking will be available at the hotel. For those traveling by rental car\, the Fraternity strongly encourages the purchase of Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) and a Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)/Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) from the rental car company. This protection will add approximately $20 to $25 per day to the cost of the rental car but will protect the driver and the Fraternity from injury or damage claims.  \nAdditional travel information will be available as the conference approaches.  \nAccommodations and Meals\nLodging in the conference hotel is included in your registration fee. Each delegate shares a room with three other delegates from his chapter. Every delegate must stay on-site\, even if your chapter is local to the area.  \nDinner on Friday\, as well as breakfast\, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are provided as part of the chapter’s registration fee. All other meals are at your expense.  \nConference Attire\nThe conference attire is business casual (i.e.\, flat front pants and a polo or blazer\, button up\, slacks and closed-toe shoes). The Awards Banquet is business professional; suit and tie with dress shoes is appropriate.
