Thomas Marlbrough

Leadership Consultant

As a leadership consultant, Thomas will be traveling across the country as he develops and improves local chapters and students. He is most excited to advocate the uncommon opportunities both Pi Kappa Phi and the Ability Experience provides our members. One of Thomas goals in the upcoming year is to give advice and guidance to brothers and be a helping hand in the transition from undergraduate to alumni.

Thomas is an alumnus of the Beta Omicron Chapter at Northwestern State University (Fork’em Demons), where he graduated with a degree in History. Thomas is a 2015 Pi Kapp College for Emerging Leaders graduate and a 2016 Pi Alpha, a recognition he received after cycling the TransAmerica route on Journey of Hope. Recently, Thomas was a member of the first international Ability Experience camp in Guatemala. In his chapter, Thomas has served as Secretary, Vice Archon, and is currently completing his second term as Archon. He was also one of six students across the country to receive the Foundation’s oldest and most prestigious scholarship this past spring, the Pi Kapp Scholars Award. In 2017 Thomas was named in the inaugural class of the AD ASTRA society and currently serves on the Council of Archons. He is also the current Student Representative to the Ability Experience Board of Directors. Outside of Pi Kappa Phi, Thomas has served as IFC Vice President of Judicial Affairs and IFC President. He was also named 2016 Greek Man of the Year on his campus.

On the weekends, you can find Thomas cycling, hiking, backpacking, and traveling to local historic monuments. As a south Louisiana native, and growing up far from the Big Easy, he enjoys craft beer and Creole food like his father’s red beans and rice. He is a true Saints fan (“Who Dat”) who has a dream of meeting Drew Brees one day.
