Director of Chapter Operations
Lauren is primarily responsible for the direction and execution of the fraternity’s overarching undergraduate chapter administrative systems and strategies. She directs the accounts receivable process, coordinates and assists chapters in their IRS 990 completion, and is the primary point of contact for the OmegaFi partnership. She also contributes to the success of headquarters operations, chapter payment plans, and conference execution.
A true mountain lover, Lauren graduated from Appalachian State University in 2011 with a degree in Psychology and in 2016 with a master’s degree in College Student Development. While in graduate school, Lauren worked with a variety of campus departments and offices including leadership education and programs; community service; student activities; as well as housing and residence life.
When she isn’t at work, she enjoys chasing her toddler around, playing with her goldendoodle Google, and exploring her new home of Mount Holly with her husband. Fun fact, Lauren collects boardgames and her favorite game is Nuns on the Run.
