Alek attended the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, where he studied psychology and joined the Delta Lambda Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He served as the chapter’s Greek Week chairman, recruitment chairman and vice archon. Alek currently serves as a leadership consultant on staff, traveling to chapters across the country to assist with recruitment, marketing, retention, harm reduction, leadership training and brotherhood. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, studying philosophy and collecting sports cards.
