Victor exemplifies servant leadership through his commitment to various volunteer roles and organizations. He’s been integral to promoting LGBTQIA+ inclusion on the campus of RIT through his employment with RIT plus his service to The United Way. He continues to show his dedication to students around the country by regularly facilitating leadership programs. In his role as Chapter Advisor for the Pi Kappa Phi chapter at State University of New York at Geneseo, he’s supported the chapter to excellence illustrated by the seven awards they received this past year. Many organizations including Pi Kappa Phi, The Ability Experience and Out Alliance are stronger because of Victor.
